Residence Inn by Marriott Laval celebrates its grand opening

Palm Holdings has unveiled the newly-renovated Residence Inn by Marriott Laval, a Marriott Bonvoy hotel, after an extensive two-year construction period.

The Residence Inn by Marriott Laval is designed for extended stays and features a prime central location in Laval, a short drive from the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport and with easy access to local attractions such as Carrefour Laval, Centropolis, Maeva Surf, and ifly. 

Convenient amenities for business and leisure

“We’re thrilled to complete construction and welcome guests to the Residence Inn by Marriott Laval, located in the heart of Laval in the greater Montreal area,” said General Manager Linda Taub. 

“Whether guests are traveling for business or leisure, their stay is sure to be comfortable, productive and unforgettable.”

The hotel’s on-site amenities include restaurant Resto Le 2035, a fitness centre, a 24-hour business centre, and a modern lobby with a fireplace.. 

Other property features include on-site coin and credit card operated guest laundry machines, free parking with electric charge stations, dry cleaning services, free WiFi and free hot breakfast. 

Marriott Laval is a pet-friendly hotel, welcoming four-legged companions for a small fee.

Home away from home

The hotel’s 111 guest rooms, including one and two studio bedrooms as well as large suites, feature Residence Inn’s latest contemporary room design. All suites come with kitchens that include fridges and stove-top ovens, along with 55” flat-screen TVs. 

During their stay, guests can take advantage of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program, earning points for benefits like free in-room Wi-Fi, exclusive member rates, mobile check-in, and more. 

These points can be redeemed for future hotel stays, flights, car rentals, shopping, and gifts.

The addition of Residence Inn by Marriott Laval expands Palm Holdings' portfolio, which now includes over 20 locations across the United Kingdom, United States, and various regions in Canada.
